What's included in the £400 a month?
Pro includes 50 hours of video storage, native iOS and Android apps under your brand, App Store and Play Store presence in your name, and the full content library, community, memberships and payments platform. The £400 is the base — usage stacks on top.
How does the £2 per end user charge work?
On the 1st of each month we look at the previous month's peak (high-water-mark) end-user count and bill £2 per user. You only pay for users you actually had during the month, and you can see the count any time in your dashboard.
What happens when I exceed 50 hours of video?
You add 50-hour storage blocks at £50 per month each, recurring while you keep that storage. A library of 145 hours, for example, uses 2 additional blocks (£100/month). Blocks are billed in whole units; storage rates don't discount.
Are there any payment-processing fees?
Stripe processes payments to you directly, and Stripe's standard fees apply (typically 1.5%–2.9% + a small fixed fee depending on card and region). OwnPlace does not take a percentage of your subscription revenue.
Is there a free trial?
We start every Pro engagement with a qualification call so we can scope the platform around your business. If we're a fit, we walk you through the platform together — and from there, an onboarding path that suits your stage.
Why are you limited to 15 customers?
Pro includes native iOS and Android apps under your brand and direct access to the founding team. We cap onboarding at 15 customers so every Pro account gets that level of attention. When the cap is reached, new customers join a waitlist.
Can I cancel? What about the annual plan?
Monthly Pro can be cancelled any time — billing stops at the end of the current month. Annual Pro is paid up front for 12 months at £4,000 (effectively 2 months free) and is non-refundable mid-term. You can switch from monthly to annual at any renewal.
Do you handle the App Store and Play Store submission?
Yes. Pro includes building, configuring and submitting your iOS and Android apps under your own Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts, with your branding, your name, and your colour. Future app updates ship with the platform.
